Business Shaper worked with the board, CEO and senior management to articulate the business case for integrating sustainability throughout the entire company.  In addition, Business Shaper conducted a sustainability baseline assessment to determine the company’s existing sustainability performance and initiatives.  The outcomes of this assessment were used as an input into a sustainability committee which has the aim of integrating sustainability initiatives throughout the business.  Business Shaper continues to work with Statewide to assist them to improve their sustainability performance.
