Case Study - World Economic Forum
Representing Shaper Group, Dan Atkins attended the 2009 World Economic Forum discussion on Sustainable Consumption in New York, as a specialist advisor to the group. Advising on sustainable business practices, Dan’s role in the World Economic Forum event was to provide insight on how to develop sustainable and profitable business models for the new economy.
Outcomes of the New York meeting will be presented at a series of major sessions at the World Economic Forum’s Annual Meeting in Davos-Klosters, Switzerland in January 2010, with the goal of ultimately influencing the mindsets and behaviours of CEOs around the world. Other companies attending the discussion included Nike, Walmart, Best Buy, SC Johnson, Unilever, Deloitte, Saatchi and Saatchi and other leading global companies.
