Case Study - Yarra Ranges Council Sustainable Business Program
As part of the Shire of Yarra Ranges’ support for business in the Yarra Ranges region, Business Shaper has delivered the Sustainable Business Program across three consecutive years. Participants of the program to date include directors, owners and managers of approximately 35 different businesses within the region.
The Sustainable Business Program consists of a series of workshops covering a breadth of topics such as: sustainability strategy, marketing sustainability credentials, commercialising sustainability ideas, sustainability assessment and benchmarking and developing a sustainability policy.
Business Shaper also conducted site visits to a selection of the participating businesses to support them in their sustainability journey and assist them with implementing the knowledge and insights gained through the workshop.
