Nadya has over 20 years of marketing, brand and communication expertise within Australia, UK and Europe. Nadya works with companies who require strategic marketing, brand and communication expertise, and the development and implementation of brand and communication strategies.

Having held senior management roles both on the client and agency sides, Nadya has lead projects develop branding, marketing and communication strategies followed through with successful implementation.

Lana joined us as an Associate in May 2008 and is responsible for art direction and graphic design. Lana has 13 years experience as a designer and her forte lies in assisting clients to communicate their sustainability messages, programs and performance by generating powerful and interesting visual materials that engage and inspire.

Lana has an Honours Degree in Visual Communication from Potchefstroom University, South Africa.

As a former teacher, Luke utilises his extensive knowledge and understanding of climate change science to assist in the development of training and education materials, including presenting on the business case of sustainability.

Louise is the Partnerships Manager with Business Shaper and works within our Communications team. Louise works with government and business on stakeholder engagement, partnership management and communications.

Steve is an Associate with Business Shaper coming from a background in engineering, project and risk management.

In his previous role in the Defence Sector he managed cross-organisational project teams in the delivery and enhancement of complex technical systems and support of business process improvements. His work at Business Shaper is in assisting organisations with the translation of sustainability strategy into operational outcomes.

Nick is a Principal for Business Shaper, with experience in sustainability and climate change strategy, risk management, business analysis and systems integration.

With qualifications in Mechatronic Engineering (First Class Honours) and Mathematical/Computer Sciences, Nick has managed a variety of Business Shaper projects in the Automotive, Insurance, Investment, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, and State Government sectors.
