Nadya Krienke-Becker
Nadya is General Manager of the Shaper Group and Practice Leader of Brand Shaper. With 25 years of brand, marketing, communication and strategic management expertise within Australia, UK and Europe, Nadya has chosen to apply her knowledge to developing and marketing sustainable brands.
Having held senior roles with blue chip companies and leading branding agencies, Nadya has in-depth experience in understanding what is required in developing and driving successful brands.
Lana De Jager
Lana joined us as an Associate in May 2008 and is responsible for art direction and graphic design. Lana has 17 years experience as a designer and her forte lies in assisting clients to communicate their sustainability messages, programs and performance by generating powerful and interesting visual materials that engage and inspire.
Lana has an Honours Degree in Visual Communication from Potchefstroom University, South Africa.

Brand Shaper Associate, Cedric Dufour, is a graphic and multimedia designer that uses his knowledge of communication trends, technological advancements and software developments to deliver innovative design solutions with high impact.
After having spent some time working abroad, on the slopes of the French Alps and at an ad agency in Dubai (Euro RSCG Dubai), Cedric realised the important role new media would play in the future of communication.
