Executive briefing
A 45 minute concise, high level presentation of the key drivers and implications of the topic, with the inclusion of a couple of strong relevant industry case studies, followed by 15 minutes of questions and discussion.
Duration: 1 hour
Seminar
A high level presentation of the key drivers and implications of the topic and the demonstration of frameworks for developing and implementing strategies and action plans. It also includes the exploration of a couple of strong relevant industry case studies. Is supported by a workbook containing a few in-session tasks to cement the salient learnings of the seminar.
Duration: 4 hours
One day workshop
One day workshops are developed for teams or groups who need to work together to develop and implement strategies and plans. Workshops consist of a presentation of the key drivers and implications of the topic in the context of the relvant industry and the demonstration of frameworks, for developing and implementing strategies and action plans. It also includes the exploration of a couple of strong relevant industry case studies.
Participants will be facilitated through a process to develop the draft informers to their own strategies and action plans and may include the development of a vision, themes and key program or action areas. Is supported by a workbook containing the salient learnings of the workshops.
